The celebration unfolded as a carefully choreographed journey across the hotel’s iconic venues. A surrealist dining experience, conceived as a sensory exploration, was complemented by immersive entertainment that blurred the boundaries between gastronomy and performance. Riviera by Jean Imbert, Jara by Martín Berasategui, and the panoramic rooftop of High Society were animated by roaming performances, live DJs, curated canapés, and unexpected artistic moments that seamlessly blended hospitality with theatre.
