OMNIYAT have made significant progress as major construction milestones have been achieved in 2025, whilst still proudly on track to deliver each masterpiece against its completion dates.

On Palm Jumeirah, AVA at Palm Jumeirah's structure is fully topped out and remains on track for completion this year. ORLA and ORLA Infinity are both approaching top-out. Across the crescent, The Alba has now entered its main works phase, and all major subcontractor packages have been awarded.

At Marasi Bay, VELA has reached level 10 structurally, with interior works progressing and significant façade and fit-out progress. VELA Viento continues to gain momentum. The raft slab and ground floor slabs are complete, with all major packages awarded. ENARA has completed all enabling works.

In Business Bay, following the successful launches of 2025, the LUMENA towers have completed their coordinated concepts and will advance in enabling works, shoring, piling, and excavation this year - setting the stage for main construction.
