Over 8 minutes long, the staggering 130m high, life size drone show highlighted all the important features of the next residential development for OMNIYAT, to celebrate the launch of AVA at Palm Jumeirah, Dorchester Collection, Dubai.</p>



<p style="font-size:14px">AVA at Palm Jumeirah, Dorchester Collection, Dubai, and One at Palm Jumeirah, also managed by Dorchester Collection, will make up the most exclusive residential cluster on Palm Jumeirah. &nbsp;</p>



<p style="font-size:14px">A special team was deployed to work alongside the AVA at Palm Jumeirah development team to carefully illustrate and transform the building, set for handover in 2025, into an elevated drone show for its UHNW community to experience for 4 nights<em>.</em></p>

ORLA, Dorchester Collection, Dubai, was officially inaugurated as part of a lavish and luxuriant launch event on 23rd November onboard one of Europe’s largest mega yachts. As part of the launch, OMNIYAT once again illuminated the sky with an impressive light, drone and firework show on Palm Jumeirah to celebrate its latest architectural masterpiece, a residential sanctuary with 270 degree sunset to sunrise views, sumptuous terraces, private pools and a resident-only beach club, managed by Dorchester Collection.

<p class="story-text-normal">Alserkal Art Week is an exclusive week of celebrating contemporary art, design and culture in Alserkal Avenue, with a line-up that includes some of the most important experimental artists of the moment. The 20+ exhibitions on show in Alserkal Avenue include bold installations, thought-provoking exhibitions, and Dubai’s first ambisonic sound exhibition presented by Alserkal Arts Foundation in Concrete.</p>



<p class="story-text-normal">This year, The Collectors’ Salon is presented by OMNIYAT as an exclusive hospitality space where art collectors, buyers, artists enthusiasts and other VIPs can meet, unwind and learn about OMNIYAT’s architectural masterpieces, including The Opus by OMNIYAT, designed by Dame Zaha Hadid. It is an invitation only event, so reserved only for the discerning few.</p>



<p class="story-text-normal"><em>Located in Warehouse 45, formerly the home of the Jean-Paul Najar Foundation, Jossa by Alserkal, the venue of The Collectors’ Salon Presented by OMNIYAT was designed by renowned architect Mario Jossa of Marcel Breuer &amp; Associates, whose work was influenced by the Bauhaus movement. It is a bespoke multi-disciplinary exhibitions and events gallery, for VIPs of Alserkal Art Week</em>.</p>

Hadid reflects on her approach. “One result of my interest in Malevich was my decision to employ painting as a design tool. I found the traditional system of architectural drawing to be limiting and was searching for a new means of representation. Studying Malevich allowed me to develop abstraction as an investigative principle.”
