Omniyat Properties’ offerings address the “hardware” aspects, as well as the “software” aspects of real estate products. All Omniyat Properties projects include service zones, designed to provide a variety of “soft” services to the end users. These range from integrated convenience retail and restaurants to hotel-like concierge desk services and fully equipped “Oyster” lounges. The Oyster concept is a lifestyle service concept combining sports, wellness, relaxation and entertainment components, which Omniyat Properties will manage in alliance with specialized services providers.
Omniyat Properties’ Asset Management and Facility Management teams remain hands-on involved in the initial operations phase of our projects. This long-term perspective has significant influence on how we design our projects. We make sure that they really work well in the end and give our end user the lifestyle experience we promised.
