It has given me a great deal of pride and satisfaction to see the occupation of the first developments in the Omniyat Dubai portfolio. Omniyat grew extremely quickly in a fast maturing, very competitive market. It is with great pleasure that I can witness first-hand the delivery of our promises and iconic lifestyle offering that Omniyat has developed.
We assembled a first class leadership team of experienced real estate professionals and this has ensured that Omniyat remains focused on the successful delivery of our developments in Dubai in the new economic landscape of post 2008. Our team shares a strong vision, is driven by bold intuition, which it supports with analytical, methodical and best practice approaches. Together we are delivering on our promises to our customers and will continuously raise the bar of our quality objectives. We sincerely strive for innovation and best solutions, for adding maximum value to our customers, partners and the community.
We are growing into new markets, new and more complex product types and entering into selected investment partnerships. We are aware of our responsibilities vis a vis all stakeholders along the way. The roads ahead of us will be full of exciting challenges, which we are looking forward to take. Our success to date, experience and energy of our team gives me the highest confidence that we will excel against all our objectives.
