it gives me a lot of pride and satisfaction to see that the market entry of Omniyat Properties has been very successful. The differentiation of our products and communication strategies worked well – all in a fast maturing, very competitive market, and in a very short period of time.
To further strengthen our position and to provide a solid basis for growth, we assembled an excellent leadership team of experienced real estate professionals. Our team shares a strong vision, is driven by bold intuition, which it supports with analytical, methodical best practice approaches. Together we are delivering on our promises to our customers and will continuously raise the bar of our quality objectives. We sincerely strive for innovation and best solutions, for adding maximum value to our customers, partners and the community.
We are growing into new markets, new and more complex product types and enter into selected investment partnerships. We are aware of our responsibilities vis a vis all stakeholders along the way. The roads ahead of us will be roads “less traveled”, full of exciting challenges, which we are looking forward to take. Our success to date and experience and energy of our team gives me the highest confidence that we will excel with our deliveries.
