Srini Rajagopalan is a senior HR leader with over 17 years experience in the region across multiple business cycles and industries. He has worked with some of the most respected global and regional organizations including as a HR Director with the Alghanim Industries in Kuwait and as a VP with the Union National Bank in the UAE and prior to that with multinationals like Inchcape, KPMG and Unilever.
Srini is a MBA alumnus with HR specialization from a leading business school and holds a bachelors degree in Architecture. He is a strategic, business focused professional with deep expertise in all HR disciplines. He has partnered with CEO’s and board level executives in generating long term business value in large organizations with diverse workforces facing significant business growth or productivity challenges.
Srini’s mandate is to help Omniyat attract, assess, retain and motivate top notch talent. His domain expertise spans executive search and selection, compensation, development and succession management, performance management, change management and OD, acquisition due diligence and integration, international HR & employee relations, employee engagement programmes, and employer branding and value proposition. He has in addition significant experience in facilitating business strategy development and cascade and in quality, reengineering, and ERP projects.
