Noel Madigan
Vice President – Project Management Division
Mr Madigan, an Austrailian national, joined in July 2006 as Vice President - Project Management, bringing to the post vast knowledge in the property construction and development industry gained in four continents over 25 years. Following senior positions with both MacDow Properties in Melbourne and Lippo Bank, Mr Madigan joined Emaar Properties as Senior Development Manager.
During this time he was responsible for overseeing the master planning and commencement on site of the Dubai Marina and World Trade Centre redevelopment. Back in Melbourne, Australia, in 2001 he joined the Devine Group of Companies as Development Director, leading a major mixed-use development worth AED 1.3 billion million that included a 450-apartment tower, 120-room serviced apartment tower and 10,000 sq.m. office.
