Group Executive Director
Mohammed Al Hassan, is a Group Executive Director with over 20 years’ experience in real estate development, investment, feasibility studies, engineering consultancy, construction and project management.
Mr. Al Hassan joined Omniyat in 2005; and previously worked with major national and international clients, consultants and contractors in the U.K., the Middle East and North Africa. Mr. AL Hassan projects include a fully-integrated, multi-use master developments such as the Green Community in Dubai Investment Park valued at AED 7 Billion. In addition, Mr. AL Hassan was behind the development of one of the first 50 floor residential towers in Dubai’s Sheikh Zayed Road (The Tower), 3 private Palaces in Morocco valued at AED 128 Million and various projects in London & Brighton – UK. Currently, Mr. Al Hassan is in charge of AED 2.6 Billion development portfolio to include four AAA Commercial/office towers in Dubai’s Business Bay and an integrated multi-use community development in Memzar Dubai (The Square).
Mr. AL Hassan is also in charge of Omniayt’s Portfolio division and the development of international markets of the MENA region.
In recent years, Mr. Al Hassan worked in Real Estate Development / Investment with Union Properties PJSC – Dubai and as a Regional Director for North Africa with one of the largest multi-national Architecture & Engineering; K&ACEC (Khatib & Alami Consolidated Engineering Company).
