Group structure & Omniyat Holdings
In 2006 “Omniyat Holdings” was formed as a platform to vertically integrate complementary real estate business ventures along the value chain, to support horizontal integration and to grow into new international markets.
A real estate investment company and a facilities management company will be the first new entities added to the group, cooperating closely with Omniyat Properties. Their incorporation will be announced shortly.
Other complementary real estate related companies, joint ventures and strategic alliances will be added long- term.
