Stephen Ashford

Stephen Ashford is currently Group Executive Director for Omniyat Properties. His focus is the realization of Omniyats Dubai and international development portfolios. He is also responsible for key Asset Management functions within the group and part of the senior executive team.
Before joining Omniyat, Stephen held positions with some of the worlds most respected blue chip developers, including Olympia & York and Tishman Speyer. He was also part of the start-up team at Limitless, Dubai Worlds international large-scale master plan development arm.
His track record spans 20 years of international delivery across the real estate value chain and across asset classes in geographically and culturally diverse markets including the UK, Europe, the USA and the Middle East as well as Asia and emerging markets globally.
