Mr. Mark Phoenix joined Omniyat in early 2008. He has 20 years of construction and development experience in addition to a 1st class UK Bachelors degree. Prior to joining Omniyat, Mark led a UK niche development company as Managing Director delivering large scale lifestyle focused master plan communities and hospitality developments in the UK. Mark currently manages Omniyat’s commercial activities including new business, asset management, sales, marketing, revenue generation and customer relationship management.
