ARC International was established in 1976 as a local architectural practice in Dubai. Renowned for its architectural quality, it is listed with Dubai Municipality as one of the few firms licensed to design and supervise the building towers of unlimited height in the Emirate of Dubai. Mr. Jamal Darkan who has since restructured the company to offer comprehensive design services, including master planning, architectural and engineering design, tender documentation and site supervision.
