Omniyat manages complex real estate investment and development projects throughout the whole value-adding chain and project life-cycle with a multi-disciplinary, international team of experienced professionals. The team includes Development, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Sales, Project Management and Facility Management Specialists. The integration of all disciplines at any given time of the process makes the difference and gives Omniyat’s development management approach a significant competitive advantage. The multi-disciplinary team prepares and implements the investment/ development strategies in an integrated, collective effort, analyses the opportunities from different angles and ‘begins with the end in mind’. This integrated approach allows for much higher efficiency, effectiveness and risk mitigation.
The company is organized as a project focused matrix management structure lead by “Heads of Projects” (the Investment/ Development Management Team) and “Heads of functional Departments” (all functional project and company support departments).
